- You need to go back to your Key Concept Analysis and complete the LIAR analysis for your film poster. The ‘Language’ section of this should now be able to include some of our recent Mise-en-scene and Camera Shot language in addition to what you have already considered.




- You need to complete your Camerawork blog tasks with the final task on this not being done yet.

Denotation:                          Sad child with teary eyes thirsty child  WaterAid logo Company slogan Village behind him Connotation:  The child is sad because his village maybe lacks water. Could be water in his eyes because tears of sadness because he is realising what he doesn't have tears of joy because he is getting water. The WaterAid logo is there to show which company is helping this village.   The village behind him looks dry & they made sure to make the village lack detail so you can focus on the boy. The slogan is maybe to make people more aware & give them a wake up call so they can realise what is happening out of the area's they live in. It shows the two characters interacting with each other on the same screen at the same time.
